You have the right to cancel your purchase and return delivered goods by contacting TIDLÖS customer service or using the contact form on the TIDLÖS website within 14 days from receiving the goods, provided that the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. Do not send goods to us before you have been in contact with customer care. The customer is responsible for the risk of transporting the returned goods to TIDLÖS.
TIDLÖS is not responsible for the refund of the shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When receiving your return, our warehouse checks the condition of the goods, and once they are cleared, we pay back your funds. Kindly note that it can take 3-6 working days for the payment to show on your account (how long depends on your card issuer).
